What is included?
Accommodation in double cabins (however, in the warmer months, most people prefer to sleep on deck on our comfortable sun beds).
All meals. Relax and let the crew prepare you fresh, healthy and traditional Turkish meals. We cater for all dietary requirements and no one ever goes hungry!
Expert knowledge of the region. Your captain has chartered these waters for years and knows the 12 islands intimately. Trust the crew to tailor an itinerary to suit your desires, taking into consideration local factors such as weather and time.
Entertainment. Snorkeling gear, fishing rods, backgammon sets and music systems are all available for use onboard. Please bring iPods, etc., to play through our sound system.
What is not included?
Entrance fees to some sights and optional activities like paragliding, water sports and shopping.
All drinks. These are provided at competitive prices on an honor system. Help yourself from the fridge and pay at the end of the trip in YTL.
Who is on the boat and how many people will be on the boat?
Captain and crew. The gulets used for Cabin Charters are 6 - 8 cabin boats, which means you will be with a max. of 12 or 16 persons together. Often you ask as well who will be with you, as we ourselves do not know up to the last day who has booked, we can not give any information about that.
What to bring?
Towel, camera, sunglasses, sun cream, comfortable, informal clothing and equally comfortable shoes are a must for sightseeing in cities as well as ancient sites. Soft or rubber soled footwear or boat shoes on the boat. Wear standard shoes and sandals for on-shore use only.
During the summer months, you'll need lightweight clothing, T-shirts, shorts and lightweight cotton slacks, jeans and shirts. In April and May and from mid-September through October, evenings and even days may be cool, so please bring a sweater or sweatshirt.
And keep in mind that when you visit mosques or churches, you should avoid wearing either shorts or short sleeves. Life on a boat will generally be informal, so please don't come with suitcases - they are difficult to store on a boat. And you'll probably want to bring at least two swimsuits along with some beach towels - as these are not supplied on all of the boats.
What should I do about money?
It's best to wait until you arrive to change into local currency. In Turkey, US dollars, Euros and travelers checks are easily changed in to Turkish Liras everywhere, although you can save a bit of money by changing your cash at currency exchange offices.
Blue Cruise weather
April, May and October's temperature range between 20 and 26 degrees centigrade and are much cooler than at the height of the season. Temperatures for June, July and August are hot, ranging form 30 to 38 degrees centigrade. It is not humid and you are very unlikely to see rain at the height of summer.
Where do I find Our Office in Fethiye
Upon arrival to town from where cruises leave either in Fethiye (Tribe Travel My Blue Cruise Yachting ) come and check if your names are on the passenger list, our offices will confirm the details of pick up times from your hotels.
On the morning of the cruise, we meet in our office and bring you to the boat for briefing prior to departure.
TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PASSENGERS
ABOARD BOAT CRUISES IN TURKEY:
A passenger is any person who has paid for and / or has in their possession
a valid ticket, issued by My Blue Cruise Yachting and / or a representative.
Passenger fares and schedules refer to currently published brochure and information currently posted at My Blue Cruise Yachting website www.mybluecruise.com
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
My Blue Cruise Yachting's responsibility extends only from embarkation to disembarkation. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
1 - DEFINITIONS:
1.1 One-Way: Any trip that has completed one leg of travel in any direction and terminates in a port that is not the port of origin.
1.2 Adult: Any person who has reached their 13th birthday will be considered an adult.
1.3 Infant: Any person of 5 years of age or less.
1.4 Child: Any person which is between his or her 6th and 12th birthday will be classed as a child.
1.5 Currency: All charges noted on My Blue Cruise Yachting website and in My Blue Cruise Yachting's brochures, will be, as indicated, in EURO (cash or credit card) unless otherwise noted.
1.6 Schedules: My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to change or alter the schedule to meet traffic demands.
2 - BOARDING PASS VALIDITY AND TIME LIMITS:
2.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to establish advance booking purchase time limits. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to automatically cancel any reservation that has not met the advance booking purchase time limit.
2.2 The issuance of a boarding pass and receipt by My Blue Cruise Yachting of the applicable fare will be a confirmation of the passenger's reservation.
2.3 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to collect a surcharge on the fare paid if an increase has occurred prior to the commencement of travel.
2.4 There is no guaranteed fare if ticketed in advance. Boarding passes are transferable but non-refundable. Boarding passes are valid only for the date and time shown on the document.
2.5 All tickets, boarding passes, fares and passages are one-way only and passengers are under no obligation to purchase return trips, whether such tickets are purchased separately or together with other services.
2.6 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to refuse to accept any boarding pass that has been mutilated, lost, or stolen. A ticket, boarding pass is considered valid only after it has been properly endorsed by My Blue Cruise Yachting.
2.7 My Blue Cruise Yachting shall not be liable in the event of a ticket, boarding pass loss, destruction, or theft, or if the ticket is honoured for transportation or refund when presented by any other person.
2.8 Tickets, boarding passes are only valid for travel during the year that they are purchased. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to refuse cash or credit card refunds on any purchase or unused boarding pass.
2.9 My Blue Cruise Yachting will hold a credit for future travel for the amount of the unused reservation.
2.10 The passenger will contact the Reservations Department and identify themselves including the booking number of the unused trip to use the credit being held in the reservations system.
3 - CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
3.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to refuse any passenger holding a valid ticket or boarding pass that has not checked in at the departure terminal a minimum of 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
3.2 Luggage must be loaded and passengers on board no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
3.3 Reservations for passengers not checked-in 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure will be cancelled, with forfeiture of entire fare.
3.4 All passengers are required to have a valid passport, visa and other travel documents.
3.5 My Blue Cruise Yachting cannot be held responsible in the event that authorities prevent a passenger from continuing his / her journey.
3.6 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to deny embarkation to any individual who does not possess valid travel documents.
3.7 In the event of a fine being imposed on My Blue Cruise Yachting by the authorities, the amount will be charged to the passenger who failed to provide the proper legal documents.
3.8 In the event of immigration officials refusing entry, the passenger will be sent back at his own expense.
3.9 Infants and children also require an official form of identification.
3.10 All passengers and luggage are subject to security search prior to boarding and boarding the boat and / or anytime while onboard the boat by Turkish authorities (Coast Guard).
4 - ACCEPTANCE / NON-ACCEPTANCE OF PERSONS AND GOODS:
4.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to refuse passage to any, person or luggage.
4.2 Unaccompanied Minor: My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right not to accept any child or youth under the age of 17 years, unless accompanied by an adult passenger.
4.3 Pets: Pets are not allowed aboard our boat cruises.
4.4 Firearms and Other Dangerous Goods: My Blue Cruise Yachting will not accept for carriage firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any other form of goods considered dangerous. Any items confiscated by Customs may not be returned.
4.5 Wheelchair Passengers: My Blue Cruise Yachting will accept for carriage passengers in wheelchairs on most of the boats. If a wheelchair passenger is unable to care for himself or herself through the entire trip, he or she must be accompanied by a qualified attendant who will attend to those needs.
5 - OPERATION OF THE VESSEL:
5.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting will not accept any liability arising from an alteration in the published schedule or route.
5.2 My Blue Cruise Yachting does not guarantee that the service shall start or arrive at the time stated in the schedule and will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the passenger as a result of any delay.
5.3 My Blue Cruise Yachting may cancel any scheduled operation without liability if in its opinion the safety of the passengers, crew, or boat could be in danger or for any other reason in My Blue Cruise Yachting's sole and absolute discretion.
5.4 The liability of My Blue Cruise Yachting if any will cease when passengers are landed at any port. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to substitute a boat or cancel any operation entirely if it becomes necessary for any reason.
5.5 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to land at intermediate ports and / or ports beyond destination or to divert to alternate ports for safety and / or rescue purposes or such other purpose as may reasonably be determined by My Blue Cruise Yachting.
5.6 My Blue Cruise Yachting may conclude the voyage at such ports without additional compensation to the passenger.
6 - CANCELLATION AND DELAY POLICIES:
6.1 If the boat cruise is cancelled or delayed, My Blue Cruise Yachting will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred such as travel, transportation, hotel, food or any other additional expenses.
6.2 If the passenger chooses alternate transportation and accommodation he or she has the option to be fully refunded for that unused portion of the ticket or exchange it for a different trip.
6.3 The unused ticket must be presented for a refund. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to change its schedule, fares or route at any time and does not accept any liability arising from an alteration in the published schedule, fares or route or pay for any additional costs which may be incurred by its passengers.
6.4 My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to land at alternate ports for safety and / or rescue purposes or such other purpose as may reasonably be determined by My Blue Cruise Yachting.
6.5 Passenger ticket cancellation: ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
6.6 If a ticketed passenger fails make his / her scheduled departure time the tickets will be valid through the end of the operating season of the year stated on his / her ticket.
6.7 Passengers who need to make changes to their reservations must do so within 24 hours prior to departure; we are unable to make changes the day of travel.
6.8 All tickets purchased are valid for any scheduled boat cruise departure on a stand-by basis.
6.9 Company Boat Cruise Cancellation: My Blue Cruise Yachting at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip and / or substitute a boat without liability if it becomes necessary for any reason.
6.10 My Blue Cruise Yachting does not guarantee that the service shall depart or arrive at the time stated in the schedule and will not be liable for any additional travel costs incurred by the passenger as a result of any cancellation.
6.11 If the boat cruise is cancelled for any reason, My Blue Cruise Yachting Policy is as follows:
Ticketed passengers who have not yet departed will be offered either a full refund or Tickets can be exchanged for a different day.
6.12 Company Boat Cruise Delays: My Blue Cruise Yachting does not guarantee the trip will take the time mentioned on the website or brochure and crossing times may vary due to weather, tides, sea conditions or mechanical issues.
6.13 My Blue Cruise Yachting cannot be held liable for delays of the boat cruise due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, tides, sea conditions or mechanical issues.
6.14 My Blue Cruise Yachting does not guarantee that the service shall depart or arrive at the time stated in the schedule and will not be liable for any additional travel costs incurred by the passenger as a result of any delay.
7 - BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
7.1 Each adult fare passenger will be allowed one carry on a personal carry-on item such as a briefcase, laptop or personal bag and two pieces of luggage free of charge.
7.2 The passenger may substitute fishing or golfing equipment for one piece of luggage.
7.3 You will be required to carry on your own luggage and place it in the luggage area.
7.4 My Blue Cruise Yachting is not liable for loss or damage to passengers' baggage or property.
8 - BAGGAGE ACCEPTANCE:
8.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting can refuse to carry any article that My Blue Cruise Yachting, in its sole judgment, considers harmful or dangerous to the boat, passengers, crew, or other goods being transported. My Blue Cruise Yachting is not liable for loss or damage to passenger’s baggage or property.
9 - SECURITY INSPECTIONS:
9.1 All passengers, personal items, luggage and freight may be subject to search and inspection prior to boarding our boat and / or anytime while on board our boat.
10 - INCLUDED SERVICES:
10.1 Prices include transportation as specified in the itineraries and applicable taxes and fees. Prices do not include (without limitation) insurance of all kinds; phone calls; beverages; meals not detailed in the itinerary; gratuities to taxi, courtesy van, or tour drivers; items of a personal nature; excess baggage; optional excursions; or any other service.
11 - PASSENGER CONSENT:
11.1 The passenger acknowledges that it has been provided by My Blue Cruise s Yachting with the opportunity to review My Blue Cruise Yachting's Terms and Conditions, by way of notice on My Blue Cruise Yachting's website.
12 - COMPLAINTS:
12.1 The My Blue Cruise Yachting Management hopes you have a trouble free and enjoyable boat cruise, but recognises that things can and do occasionally go wrong.
12.2 In the unlikely event that you and cause to complain about the boat cruise, or any other service provided during the boat cruise, the following procedure must apply:
12.3 In order for the problem to be resolved on the spot, the complaint MUST IMMEDIATELY be brought to the attention of the captain or management of My Blue Cruise Yachting.
12.4 Unless a complaint has first been brought to the attention of the management after the boat cruise has been finished, My Blue Cruise Yachting will not carry out a full investigation nor consider any possible relocation.
12.5 If the captain is unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, and you choose not to continue your boat cruise, My Blue Cruise Yachting will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to provide alternative transportation and accommodation or, as the case may be, alternative activity.
12.6 You could, however, be liable for payment in full for the new booking.
12. My Blue Cruise Yachting reserves the right to reject complaints.
12.8 For any complaints after the cruise has been finished no refund will be made.
13 - PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH:
13.1 My Blue Cruise Yachting is not liable for any personal injury or death.
14 - SEVERABILITY:
14.1 Any provision herein which shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable shall be considered null and void but only to that extent and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall stand as valid and enforceable.

14.1 Any provision herein which shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable shall be considered null and void but only to that extent and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall stand as valid and enforceable.
